• No-shows may result in denial of future bookings.

2. Payments

• We accept payment via cash, UPI, and selected digital wallets.
• Full payment must be made after the service is rendered.
• Prices for services are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.

3. Refund Policy

• Services once rendered are non-refundable.
• If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
• Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferrable under special circumstances.

4. Gift Vouchers and Packages

• Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
• Expiry dates are mentioned on the vouchers and cannot be extended.
• Packages must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
