At Adhyayi Esthetic Studio, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience and satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before availing our services or purchasing any products.
1. Services
No Returns or Refunds on Services
- All services rendered (such as facials, massages, skin and beauty treatments, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify our staff immediately after the service is completed, and we will try our best to resolve your concern through adjustments or service corrections.
2. Advance Bookings & Cancellations
- Advance payments for bookings are non-refundable in case of no-shows.
- Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for rescheduling without additional charges.
- In special cases (such as medical emergencies), refunds may be processed at our sole discretion after proper evaluation.
3. Products
- Products purchased (such as skincare items, beauty tools, etc.) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- The request is raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
- To request a return, please email us at arshpersonalizedgifts@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the product received.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- No cash refunds will be issued for payments made via digital mode or card.
